Please share information about your student's COVID vaccination status:
My student is fully vaccinated and boosted as appropriate.
My student is partially vaccinated/boosted and will be completing that vaccination process in the near future.

Our family has multiple NCCMI students with different vaccination status at this time (clarify in comment below).

The Food and Drug Administration has given full approval of the vaccine for regular use; it is now determined to be a safe and effective protection against disease caused by the COVID19 virus. A new booster offers specific protection against the Omicron variant. As such, NCCMI requires vaccination for all teachers and staff. We also STRONGLY encourage vaccination for all NCCMI musicians and eligible family members of students.
Comment
NCCMI plans to begin the year with required masks for all weekly sessions. Performances and events will implement optional masking on a case by case basis. How comfortable are you with these provisions?

NCCMI will continue to monitor the health situation throughout the year. Depending upon the recommendations of our advisory committee, mask wearing could become optional at some point. How comfortable would you be with this change?
