Thank you for your interest in NCCMI! The first step in joining the program is completing this registration form. It will take about a half hour to complete. Once you have submitted this form, you will be sent to a page where you can schedule an audition time and pay the $50 registration fee.

Leadership Applicants: Make a note above of any activities that could potentially conflict with your leadership ensemble commitment. Please be honest! Leadership students who are later found to have more than two additional extracurricular activities may be subject to dismissal.
Leadership applicants: List all available times above, but if you have already discussed a preferred time with your potential group, please list that in the comment box below as well.
UPON ACCEPTANCE: Full early bird program fee of $660 is due by July 13th. Regular program fee of $690 is due within one week of acceptance or payment plan can be arranged. There is a sibling discount of $50.00 per child.
