Thank you for your interest in NCCMI! The first step in joining the program is completing this registration form. It will take about a half hour to complete. Once you have submitted this form, you will be sent to a page where you can schedule an audition time and pay the $50 registration fee ($100 for leadership).

Leadership Applicants: Make a note above of any activities that could potentially conflict with your leadership ensemble commitment. Please be honest!
Leadership applicants: List all available times above, but if you have already discussed a preferred time with your potential group, please list that in the comment box below as well.
UPON ACCEPTANCE: Full early bird program fee of $720 is due by July 13th. Regular program fee of $750 is due within one week of acceptance or payment plan can be arranged. There is a sibling discount of $50.00 per child.
